My anniversary trip was spoiled, and I ended up moving to another five-star hotel on the island. Villa Mediterranea Capri is part of Tiberio Palace, in the same building. The staff were unhelpful, and the GM never answered my emails, which is unacceptable in hospitality. I also filed a complaint with the EU ECC (European Consumer Center), but management did not respond. Poor service for a five-star hotel. I wouldn’t go back.

I had to move from Tiberio to another five-star hotel in Capri. Villa is part of Capri Tiberio Palace in the same building. The staff were unpleasant and unhelpful, and treated guests like thieves. The GM didn’t answer my email, and there was no response to my complaint through ECC-net (consumer complaint). Tiberio is a big hotel group, so disregarding EU entities is unacceptable. Never again.

Gorgeous views from a quiet spot, even though it’s close to the center. The service is top level. A great choice for Capri.
