Villa Striano Capri - Guest House - Rooms Garden & Art

Our host was great. He moved us to a bigger room, gave us a bottle of good wine, and sold us boat and funicular tickets for the same price as the ticket office. The place is cozy and quiet, with a lovely garden and close to the main attractions. Best place on the island, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms are bright and filled with paintings, which gives them an artistic feel. Gaetano was friendly and welcoming, helped us find a great restaurant, and even arranged a surprise for us. The location is amazing, right in central Capri and just two minutes from the bus stop and supermarket. This is the best accommodation you can find in Capri. Highly recommend!

Gaetano, the owner, gave us a warm welcome at his office, offered us coffee, and walked us through the island and its attractions. His overview helped us plan and get more out of Capri. Our room was ready when we arrived, cozy, and cleaned well every day. The staff were good, the price was good, and the value for money was amazing. The location makes getting around easy: Capri town is a 10-minute walk, Marina Grande takes 15-20 minutes on foot, and Marina Piccola about 20. The bus station for Anacapri, S. Constanzo, Marina Grande, and Marina Piccola is five minutes away, with other tourist spots nearby too. It was a little cold in the room, and there was no heating system, but plenty of blankets kept us completely warm. I strongly recommend the hotel and would try to stay at Villa Striano again if I return to Capri.

Gaetano was so nice and helpful. He let us check out later and gave us great tips for our time in Capri. The room was very comfortable, the place is lovely, and the garden is spectacular. Everything is close by. Thanks, Gaetano, we'll be back!
