Hotel Corona

I won't be staying at the hotel, but they won't refund me. I had no idea it was five hours away. I've tried all day to sort it out, but they keep sending me to the website, where I can't get a refund. The hotel hung up on me three times. The woman I spoke to wouldn't give me her name. The female staff member's attitude was absolutely shocking, and the staff were rude.

We liked everything so much that we booked extra nights at this fantastic place. The rooms were very clean, the staff fantastic, and the hotel had an incredible view. There were many restaurants within 500 m. The only thing we weren't happy with was how hard the pillows were. Five stars from us!

The view of Lake Garda is amazing, and the sanctuary is within walking distance. The rooms were great, but breakfast was terrible. The eggs were cold, there was no fruit, and the bakery items were old, dry, and hard. Make sure to arrange breakfast elsewhere.

The rooms were clean, and Dennis was very nice. But the breakfast situation was awful. We had paid for breakfast, yet the hotel door was locked when we arrived. Once they let us in, they said we could eat there, but we felt so uncomfortable and UNWELCOME because of all the Israelis staying there. They told us to go next door, where they'd supposedly have an amazing breakfast for us. That's a horrible way to do business. I just noticed another girl had the same review. It seems they're basically setting up a kosher hotel for their guests and no one else is welcome. I liked the staff at Lanterna next door, but they weren't set up to give us an amazing breakfast, not even decent coffee. That's the hotel's fault, though, not theirs. Only stay here if you need an emergency bed.
