Best Western Grand Hotel Catanzaro

Giuseppe at the bar deserves a special thanks. He’s kind, polite, and always smiling. The whole team was helpful and professional, and the hotel felt welcoming, clean, and well maintained, with care put into the details. My stay at the Best Western Hotel Catanzaro was a really positive experience. I’ll definitely be back, and congratulations to all the staff.

I asked for a savory gluten-free breakfast, and the staff handled the request with real care and courtesy, even for celiacs. The team were extremely kind and accommodating throughout my work stay. The hotel is quiet, new, and clean, with spacious, bright, well-furnished rooms. It was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend it. PS: To find the hotel in Google Maps, enter “Centro Polifunzionale Germaneto.”

The hotel was clean and private, and both Giuseppe at the bar and Mauro at night reception were truly kind and polite. I’m not sure I remember Mauro’s name correctly. I’ll definitely return. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Best Western Grand Hotel in Catanzaro for two work nights, and the staff took wonderful care of us. Giuseppe and Chiara were especially helpful and kind when welcoming us. We’ll definitely be back.
