Al Giglio

We chose Al Giglio while visiting Cariati for a wedding. Alessandro and his family were so kind and helpful, and made us feel at home while helping us find the services we needed. It’s a quiet, relaxing place, with the beach just two minutes away. Essential services and trattorias, many with local seafood, are nearby, as are several reception halls. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the Wi-Fi was excellent for remote work. Breakfast was generous and better than average.

Alessandro is friendly, knows the area, and is always willing to help with requests. Free parking in the little square next to the property was a real convenience. The B&B is charming and just a few meters from the beautiful sea in Cariati. The room was functional, clean, and fresh-smelling, with a spectacular view. Breakfast was served in a welcoming room with plenty of choices, especially delicious homemade croissants, including the jam ones. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

Once you’re there, nearby shops are an easy walk away, and the town and sea both look lovely. The B&B is practically on the seafront. I booked a Comfort room, which was clean and had a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, and excellent Wi-Fi. Alessandro, the owner, was very kind and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

The sea is just steps away, and the property was spotless. Alessandro and his lovely family gave me a warm welcome, and the staff were extremely helpful. I stayed for a week. Thank you, Alessandro. Sr. Sara
