I'd advise Mr. "Ti Ca" to explain the whole story in detail. When something unexpected happened, the owner offered three ways to sort it out. The guests chose to stay at B&B Elegance and agreed to the price, which the owner accepted. The extra guest was allowed to stay at no charge, and the owner also provided breakfast for the whole visit. On arrival that evening, they were offered a welcome drink, and their linens were changed every day at no extra cost. Unexpected problems can happen at any property, but simply describing the incident without mentioning the host's willingness to help or the solutions offered doesn't seem fair to me. So, dear Mr. "Ti. Ca," I think these guests should definitely be avoided.

We were in Cariati for work and stayed at this B&B. The building has a professional studio upstairs and four roomy, renovated rooms on the ground floor, each with air conditioning or a heat pump. The sea is only a five-minute walk away. Breakfast at the nearby café was excellent. Thanks to the owner for being so welcoming and helpful. We'd highly recommend it.

We arrived during Ferragosto week and found that only two of the three rooms we had booked were available, despite the booking having been confirmed several times beforehand. With no real alternative, the three of us had to share one of the rooms. The host did very little to find an acceptable solution, and we were left feeling this may have been arranged in advance. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this B&B.

The owner was so attentive and friendly throughout my three-day stay, always checking that I had what I needed. The new place was spotless, with a cozy, comfortable room, air conditioning, and an incredibly comfortable bed. Breakfast at the Bistrot bar was delicious. Thank you so much. I’ll be back soon and recommend it.

We were close to the sea, and breakfast at the nearby bar and bistro was excellent. You can have it brought to the room at no extra cost if you ask. Our clean, new room had all the comforts, and the owner was warm and kind. He even lowered the agreed price and let us stay until the evening for free. Highly recommended.
