We could see the sea from the balcony, and the air felt very clean. The guesthouse is new and comfortable, with spacious, nicely decorated rooms that were kept spotless. There is a lovely big terrace with views over the area, and the lift is a real bonus. Our hostess Miriana was so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a tasty Italian spread, and there were little souvenirs for sale. The small modern train station is right nearby, with a ticket machine and an underpass. It takes only a few minutes to reach the airport and about half an hour to Palermo. We weren't bothered by the trains or announcements, and there were no trains at night. There are two restaurants next to the guesthouse, both serving food with music, plus another restaurant and two pastry shops a couple of minutes' walk away. The cakes were fantastic quality and reasonably priced. A Conad shop nearby is handy for longer stays. I recommend both the property and its location.

We were really pleased with our stay. The staff were polite and helpful, and service and communication were good throughout. The room was neatly arranged with minimal furniture, and it had plenty of towels, a hairdryer, a complimentary bottle of water, shampoo, and soap. We used the B&B as a stop partway through our trip. It's around 13 km from the airport and 50 minutes from Palermo train station. The main downside was hearing the train station announcements. It would also have been nice to have complimentary shower gel and a small fridge to keep drinks cold.

The train station is close by, and announcements started shortly after 4 am, which wasn't ideal 🫣🤣. Still, the service was excellent. Our bedroom was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. After a short night's sleep, the continental breakfast and coffee made to order were just what we needed.

We spent 10 days here and really enjoyed this lovely B&B. The rooms were clean, and the service was great. Rooms with balconies have fantastic views, and everyone can enjoy the same view from the roof terrace. I highly recommend staying here. 🫶🏻

We needed a clean, simple room near the airport for an early morning flight from Palermo, and this did the job. The service was wonderful. Our friend left her phone behind when we were heading out very early, so we called the staff in a panic. They answered straight away and let us back into the building to get it. Thanks again!
