We had a great 7-day ski trip here with family and friends. The hotel is close to Pinzolo Funivie, the town center, and shops, and everything felt clean, cozy, and comfortable. The home-cooked meals were delicious and done just right. The spa was a lovely extra, with a large hot jacuzzi, several saunas, Kneipp therapy, and more. The owners are lovely, and all the staff were great. For a top ski resort, we've never seen a family hotel with a better quality-to-price ratio.

Pinzolo's ski area is great, and Hotel Orso Grigio is close to the gondola. Bruno can also take you near the slopes each day for a small fee. Bruno and Valentina clearly care about their guests, and the staff were so warm and friendly. The food was delicious, varied, and local. It feels like a welcoming family business, and I'd absolutely recommend staying here, even if you're coming from far away.

We stayed six nights and would love to come back. The front desk was attentive, the staff friendly and professional, and the hotel was spotless. Parking was good, and both breakfast and the dinner experience were excellent, with food served with care. Our room was very comfortable. The indoor spa, jacuzzi, pool, sauna, and hamam were wonderful, and massage and other extras were reasonably priced. Perfecto!

The food is homemade and very tasty, so don't expect to lose weight! After a long day on the slopes, the wellness area is a good place to unwind, with a sauna and jacuzzi. It's not huge, but more than enough. The rooms are spacious, with balconies and beautiful mountain views all around. This cozy hotel isn't far from the main lift, though you'll need a ski bus or car, especially with kids. The staff are super friendly and attentive, and the owner, Mr Bruno, is very nice. We came away with a very good impression and highly recommend it in Pinzolo.
