Casa Diaz

The room was spacious, comfortable, and had every comfort, while the property itself was tastefully furnished, well cared for, and spotlessly clean. From the moment I arrived, the owners made me feel at home with their kindness and attention to every detail. I couldn't have picked better. I'd absolutely recommend this B&B for a relaxing stay with quality and genuine hospitality, and I'll definitely be back.

At Casa Diaz in Carlentini, the quiet setting made it easy to relax, while the location was handy for exploring the area. The apartment's comfortable spaces and thoughtful design both stood out, and everything exceeded my expectations. Most of all, Giusy made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. She's kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The house is welcoming, immaculate, and meticulously looked after. Thanks again to Giusy for her hospitality and all the care she puts into making guests comfortable. I'll definitely return, and highly recommend it for a peaceful, authentic stay in Carlentini.

The weak Wi-Fi and poor cell signal were frustrating. The apartment does have almost every comfort, but our stay was spoiled by the host, Mrs. Giusy, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. After our five nights, I left the place perfectly tidy, yet she accused me unfairly of leaving it in bad shape. The spare linens weren't changed, even though there were some, tucked in a broken drawer. I was also scolded for using both bathrooms, as if that showed disrespect, and then subjected to personal insults. That was completely unacceptable. There are better-run, more hospitable B&Bs in the area, so I'd suggest looking at other options.

Top location, and a beautiful apartment with all the comforts. The reviews were right. A lovely welcome, polite treatment, and great hospitality made it even better.
