Dimora dell'Osanna

We stayed here in June, 2024, during a two-week trip through southern Italy, and this was easily our best hotel experience. The architecture is amazing, and even the smallest room felt cozy and looked lovely. Coffee and water were included, and the bathroom, though small, was clean. Breakfast was the standout: the staff were so friendly, remembered what we liked, and made sure we got it. The phone link used to unlock the front and room doors seemed a bit odd at first, but we got used to it quickly and it worked perfectly. There aren't many parking options, which is normal for a city center hotel. Good restaurants and the amazing Picci Bar are nearby. I never expected such a great stay in a town this unpopular. We'll be back!

I'm writing to warn people about what happened. At 10 pm, the owner made me and my little daughter leave the hotel, and I still don't know why. He shouted at us and threw our things into the street. I wondered if he might have been using drugs or alcohol, but I don't know. I contacted the police, and this is just the beginning. I've never been so shocked. My two-year-old cried all night after we left. She didn't understand what was happening, wanted to sleep, and was frightened by my hysterical state. I was in shock too. I wonder whether he'd shout and throw my husband's things out if I returned with him. We'll see. My Italian friend and I will tell people throughout Puglia about this. I've also learned that he was previously prosecuted for domestic violence against another woman. I'll contact booking and tell them what happened, and send their office the police papers. I won't let him forget what he did to me and my baby. God sees everything.

We had an amazing stay at Dimora dell' Osana in Apuglia. The rooms were clean and really well equipped, and the service was great. Breakfast was very good too. I'd highly recommend it.

A lovely little BB in the center of Carovigno. The rooms were clean and cozy, and breakfast was surprisingly pleasant for a BB.
