That terrace and the quiet, comfortable room made it easy to unwind, and the room had all the appliances we needed. We stayed at La Maison One B&B for five days and honestly wanted for nothing. Breakfast each morning brought fresh croissants and pasticciotto, a Puglian pastry, which was such a lovely way to start the day. The pool area was relaxing too, with everything there, and we especially liked going at night to read before bed. The hosts were kind, friendly, helpful, and attentive to the little details. For my partner's 30th birthday, they left Prosecco with a note wishing him a happy birthday in his mother tongue. We enjoyed it on the terrace and will remember that gesture. Can't wait to come back and see more of Puglia!

We needed secure parking because we had a lot of things in the car, and the hotel sits inside a gated property. The bed was really comfortable and everything was very clean. We booked at the last minute, but the host was great. Fresh pastries arrived at the time we asked for, so we had a delicious breakfast outside with coffee. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The outdoor space was a real highlight, with a fantastic pool and terrace. It's a little off the beaten path, but the beach is about 7 minutes away, Ostuni around 15, and Brindisi about 20. This is a family-run B&B just outside Carovigno in Puglia. Theo (Teyo), the owner, and his wife Angelo were both lovely and gave excellent service. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was a simple continental one. Highly recommended.
