We arrived at Nicotel Ostuni by chance, without a reservation, and it turned out to be the best experience we could have had. From the moment you walk in, the family-like but very professional atmosphere makes you feel at home. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous, well beyond the formal welcome we’re used to. The rooms are very clean and room service is excellent. Breakfast is generous, plentiful and suited even to the most discerning international tastes. The quality for the price is the best in the area. Staff can also offer objective advice about local beaches, restaurants and other attractions. As always, the staff make the difference, and we’ll definitely be back. Having such a good place to stay will be a reason for us to return. Nicotel, one piece of advice: never change! Thanks again.

Being close to the highway makes this a strategic spot for getting around. The property sits amid nature and could use updating, but the staff were wonderful and helpful from the moment I booked. Breakfast was SUPER. They even got me some fantastic ricotta to suit my diet. At noon on Sunday, a lovely woman who works there promptly found me two lounge chairs and an umbrella at a beach owned by her friends. The property manager was incredibly helpful and polite, and the breakfast waitress was incredibly friendly and professional. Thank you so much. I hope this helps people like us who need to feel at home.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with large bathrooms, walk-in showers, air conditioning, a king-size bed and a mini-fridge. The veranda is huge, though it needs cleaning before it can be used. Breakfast was very satisfying, with croissants always warm and coffee and cappuccino served at the table by the friendly staff. Kudos to the young team, who work tirelessly to meet guests’ needs. The property has great potential and deserves to be revitalized, given how close it is to the sea and nearby towns like Ostuni and Cisternino. The exterior could use some maintenance, and unfortunately the pool and spa couldn’t be used. I’d recommend it for a few days, though a longer stay seems difficult because there’s no catering.
