The owner is kind and helpful, and the villa has some lovely rooms. It's out in the countryside, within a reasonable distance of both Carpi and Modena.

A shared area has an espresso machine, kettle, and biscuits. The villa itself is quiet, with cozy, clean rooms that are carefully furnished. The owners are welcoming and helpful. I'd recommend staying here without hesitation.
