The price is more than fair for a nice room in a peaceful spot. The owner is very friendly. We'll return.

Quiet and charming, with toiletries in the bathroom and a small breakfast kit that was a nice touch. The price was excellent too. The location is unparalleled, the place spotless, and the service impeccable. I could park free right out front on the street. Thank you!

They welcomed us so warmly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Parking is nearby, and it's very convenient for visiting Carpi. My only small reservation was having breakfast served in the room. For a one-night stay, though, the B&B was perfect.

The bathroom stood out for its generous size, good fittings, and thoughtful little touches. The sink, though, felt out of place: it was tiny, and its fixed central tap made washing difficult. My husband and I stayed for one night and were treated with real courtesy and care, which you can't take for granted. The room and location were excellent. We couldn't try breakfast, though I'm sure it would have been noteworthy. We'll definitely come back.

That bed was so comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. Even stepping into a warm bathroom, showering, then drying off with scented towels made it feel like home. The room was welcoming, spotless, and comfortable, and the owners really pay attention to the details. I travel often for work and with my family, and rarely see that kind of care. They also have a central location. Highly recommended!
