After the owner replied, the manager even wrote here, “You are not a customer,” although I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com. That showed a complete lack of respect and professionalism. They declined all my credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and Amex, even though they’re valid and accepted elsewhere, including by Booking.com. The listing says they won’t charge prepayment before arrival, but they blocked my booking and claimed the cards were “invalid.” The messages were rude and unprofessional: aggressive replies, sarcastic “OK” messages, and no effort to sort anything out. I travel often and am a Genius Level 3 member. I’ve never seen a hotel act so incompetently on this platform. I’ve kept screenshots of the conversation and already sent them to Booking.com to report what happened. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

We had to find another hotel late at night, which meant extra delays and hassle. I’d booked a room for my family, but when we got there at 11 PM, nobody was available to open the hotel or help us check in. With our 2-year-old, it was incredibly stressful and frustrating. Make sure you don’t get the same unpleasant surprise when you arrive.

There’s no breakfast on site, but they have a deal with a great coffee shop for breakfast and a good restaurant for lunch and dinner, where you get a percentage off your bill. The hotel also has safe parking inside its courtyard. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good beds, and the price was great for what you get. It’s in a very good spot, just around the corner from Carpi’s main piazza. I’d highly recommend staying here in Carpi.

I spent three days in a single room. It was cozy, comfortable, and modern, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They speak good English, so getting by was easy. There’s a famous piazza nearby, a nice place to hang out in the morning or evening.

For an acceptable price, it’s a decent little hotel. The rooms are tidy and nicely furnished, and the staff are friendly.
