Villa Palagiani Inside

We spent most of our holiday in this little paradise, and may well return next year. Salento is especially popular in August, thanks to its lovely landscapes and sea. The villa had every comfort, and the two people looking after it were attentive, hospitable, and discreet. The big garden and pool were a real bonus for keeping our girls entertained. This secluded villa gave us plenty of privacy and a break from the city bustle, while still being close to Carpignano Salentino and Martano, where you can find all the amenities you might need. It's a typical Salento country home with modern comforts like WiFi, motorized shutters, and air conditioning. On arrival, the owner greeted us with a tasty aperitif and left towels decorated with a rose and ribbons on the bed. The layout includes an open-plan living room with an industrial-style kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room; the living room also has a sofa bed. Outside is a large area with a recently built chlorine-free pool.

The garden was fantastic and beautifully maintained, and the house was airy, clean, and equipped with every comfort. We had a wonderful holiday. The location made it easy to reach the nicest beaches, and the owners were delightful, kind, and attentive to everything we needed. I absolutely recommend it.

The outdoor area felt like a little paradise, with a lush lawn, plants, palm trees, a vegetable patch, and a big willow at the back. There was also a barbecue, laundry area, and private parking. Inside, everything was clean and comfortable, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy rooms and working air conditioning. The bathroom was lovely, with lots of space and an oversized shower. The villa is new, furnished with quality and style, and every detail felt considered. It had all the amenities described online, and the owners' attentive hospitality made us feel at home and turned the stay into a proper holiday. The villa, garden, location, and the owners' welcome were all wonderful.
