The room we were given was really dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom and shower, and sand from the beach in the shower. I know it’s basic accommodation, which is fine for the price, but that doesn’t excuse not cleaning between guests.

The rooms aren’t especially large, but they’re adequate. Davide, the owner, is super kind and helpful, and the services are excellent. You can use the bikes for free, and there’s a huge garden with a playground for kids. Highly recommended!

The room was spotless and tidy, with a coffee machine, pods, and breakfast snacks. The location is handy for getting to Forte dei Marmi and Lerici. We stopped here the night before, after a few hours of driving, before continuing on to the Cinque Terre. The owner greeted us very kindly and was genuinely helpful, especially with suggestions for places to eat and walk since we didn’t know the area well. Very good.

Davide was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The little house was spotless and welcoming, with air conditioning, a coffee machine, and an outdoor area for evening barbecues. He even stocked breakfast supplies for us although breakfast wasn't included. It's compact but has everything you need for a few days, and the nearest beach is a five-minute drive away. We’d happily recommend it.
