The setting itself is charming, but the host made us feel anything but welcome. There was no friendly greeting, though we were promptly asked to pay the full amount. Even basic things became a hassle: breakfast hours kept changing, and we had to ask three times before getting the Wi-Fi password. Going in and out meant waiting at the gate and then being questioned because they didn't seem to recognize us. Italy has plenty of beautiful places with a warmer welcome. I'd save yourself the trouble.

The rooms are spacious, everything feels new, and the food was delicious. With the garden and swimming pool, it seems like a lovely spot to unwind, especially in spring or summer.

DISGRACEFUL PROPERTY We hired the garden and pool for a private party and brought everything ourselves, including tables, chairs, drinks, and food. The garden was booked until 2:00 a.m., but at 11:00 a.m., when we asked if the music could be turned up a little, the manager lost his temper. He called us ignorant, insulted the guests, including professionals and families, and declared the party over. I've never been treated like that in my life.
