Don't skip breakfast, the view is beautiful. A morning swim was great too. We had a lovely night at this hotel, everything was great, and we'd definitely come back.

I was left in tears and in severe pain after having to move four suitcases up three floors on my own, using an unreliable lift. I'm disabled and walk with a stick, and I was only seven weeks into recovery from major shoulder surgery. I explained all of that to the manager, but when my husband went out with our group for the day's activities, I was told no one would help with the luggage. The manager couldn't spare ten minutes, and I found that heartless. It started with a complaint to the manager and our tour guide about the room, and I was told a technician would come that day. About an hour later, they said we had to switch rooms. The room had been unbearably hot: the air conditioning blew hot air at 28 degrees and nothing we tried changed it. Both windows were open, the curtain was coming off its hooks, and the bathroom had broken fixtures and the tiniest shower booth I've ever seen. The hotel looks impressive in the front foyer, but beyond that it goes downhill fast. It's old and badly needs a complete renovation. The single lift is unreliable too, sometimes passing you by or refusing to move at all. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL.

We had 10 wonderful days here and would love to come back with my family. The town is small, beautiful, and has a great atmosphere, about an hour and a half from Bari airport. Everyone we dealt with, from reception and the kitchen to the bar, waiters, and room service, was professional. English and German were no problem for communication. The food at breakfast and lunch was perfect, and there was something for everyone at the buffet. The girl at the pool bar deserves a thank you too. We had a very good stay. The rooms were tidy and nice, there was a private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas right in front of the hotel, and the staff were pleasant. The restaurant food was really delicious.
