Breakfast was good, with homemade items, and one section of the garden is tidy with a view toward the road and sea. The staff were also very kind and courteous. But the property costs more than it feels worth. Some furniture is damaged and dated, and there were exposed wires over the bathroom sink, apparently where a light fixture still needed to be fitted. There's no bidet, which should be mentioned. You can see the sea, but the railway and road are in between, and an industrial building next door takes away from the view. One part of the garden is looked after, while another is strewn with driftwood and other debris. For a lower price I might not have minded so much.

Breakfast was generous, all homemade, even using fruit from their orchard, and the ladies running the place were lovely, always kind and smiling. The rooms are spacious and clean, with simple furnishings, though the bathroom is small. The nearby train goes by at night too. I also missed having a fridge in the room in the hot weather, and the shutters wouldn't close properly, so daylight woke me up.

I only stayed one night, but found it peaceful, out in the countryside and just a few hundred metres from the sea. The two women in charge were lovely, polite, and kind. Breakfast was help-yourself and had all sorts of products. The prices were fair. Highly recommended.

A lovely place to break up a long drive to southern Italy. It's quiet and romantic, with a pretty view of the sea in the distance. The owners are hospitable, charming, and very kind.
