The meal was what really made our visit. The owner took our order and offered a few small appetizers on the house, then the owner, cooks, and waiter put together an exquisite experience. The flavors and presentation felt like an art. I almost cried! The place is easy to find and parking is easy. Rooms have improved a lot since we were here five years ago, and the staff are friendly. It’s run by one family, and we loved it.

A night here costs surprisingly little for what you get. The food is great and affordable, the staff are really friendly, and the hotel is very neat. It sits among high mountain peaks, and I’d recommend it to anyone passing through the region.

The rooms are a little dated, though they’re clean. The restaurant is really good.

There are pictures from the 1970s, and the hotel and restaurant have that old-school feel. It has a charm of its own.

A good place to stop for business in Gravellona Toce.
