HouSmart Isonzo 6

Getting to Villa Chiara was easy by car, and there was also a pleasant walk through the countryside. That mattered a lot to us because my wife was in hospital there for a minor operation. The apartment was in great condition, comfortable, and equipped with what we needed for either a short or longer stay. A bus stop just outside made it easy to reach central Bologna or Casalecchio. We'd return and recommend it without hesitation.

Really convenient parking, and the apartment was in perfect condition. It was easy to get around by car, train, or bus, with public transport right below the place. The location is handy for the ring road, highway, and main road. Good for concerts and events at Unipol Arena, or for staying away from the city center's bustle while still reaching it in just a few minutes.

I had to cancel for health reasons and provided a medical certificate, but they wouldn't offer a refund voucher. They said the property would be difficult to rent out again. When I checked online, though, it had already been given to a new guest. Money isn't everything. Kindness and helpfulness seem to be reserved for a select few.

Everything we needed was in this lovely apartment. The bus is just 20 meters away for trips to Bologna's center or Unipol Arena, and the train is a ten minute walk. Dall'Ara Stadium is about a 25 minute walk.
