Casalgrande Hotel

We found a good price, free parking, very spacious rooms, and a modern hotel. There’s also a local pizzeria and restaurant nearby. The bathroom and shower looked clean, but there was mold, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t dependable. The noisy air conditioning wasn’t working properly, which left our room quite hot. When I told reception, they said there was a problem with it and advised us to open the window. The next day, different staff managed to fix it, so it seems to depend on who’s working and knows how to handle the issue. Communication was also difficult because not everyone at reception spoke English. Some staff could be more service-minded too, as requests sometimes felt like a huge favor to them.

The service was excellent, and the staff were really nice and helpful. The location worked well for where I was working. The room was okay, with a mini fridge, safe, TV, and desk, though I found the bed a bit too firm. With tile floors throughout the building, keeping quiet in the halls is nearly impossible.

The staff were gentle and helpful, and everything was clean and tidy with facilities up to standard. It seems like a place business travelers might choose, though it’s also a nice spot for a night if you’re nearby. There’s a garage too, which could come in handy during the hot summer sun.

There’s a hairdryer in the bathroom, plus free parking and a garage.
