We spent four lovely days here. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Its central location also made it easy to head out on day trips and still feel at home when we returned.

The rooms were kept spotless, and the staff were really helpful. It’s a large, lovely place, with excellent service and great food at the pizzeria downstairs.

The reception staff were the one bright spot. The hotel is close to the airport, but it didn’t feel up to a four-star standard. Our room was dusty, and there was no hot water all night. The hairdryer kept cutting in and out, so we couldn’t use it. Breakfast had limited variety, and the cutlery was very dirty. Staff cleaned the restaurant while we were eating, leaving a strong smell of cleaning products. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I was stuck with a broken-down car about ten minutes from the hotel in the middle of the night, after promising to check in at 2 am. Simone and Carlo were fantastic. They arranged roadside assistance and a taxi at that hour. Really exceptional service and quality.

We needed help in English and got advice and support from a thoughtful, compassionate team. They also took care of meals at all hours, helped us book ferries, and sorted out electric car charging. We’re very grateful to the Rama Palace Hotel for looking after us so thoroughly.
