A convenient place to stay for visiting Bari, Polignano a Mare, and Monopoli. The apartment has air conditioning in every room, a kitchen, work tables in three rooms, a big TV for movies, and fast, flawless wifi. It’s close to interurban roads and the Highway, with about an hour’s drive to Taranto, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, or Castel del Monte. Bari Centrale Train Station is a 24-minute ride away.

The apartment felt cramped, and the internal doors were locked. Cleanliness was disappointing, even though I had recommended the place, but I bought what I needed to sort it out. I booked because there was nothing more centrally located and I felt I had no alternative. At check-in, finding the keys turned into hide-and-seek. He’d left them in a box in the dark, distant underground garage.

I wouldn’t choose this vacation rental again. Housekeeping was poor, and the oven was extremely dirty. The sink had serious drainage problems, and there was a plunger, so it seemed to be an ongoing issue. The kitchen lacked a large pot for cooking pasta for several people, a moka pot, and other accessories. The apartment was on the second floor with no elevator, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked. We brought our own linens, and I’m glad we did, because I honestly couldn’t have used the ones there.

I certainly won’t be back. The sink wouldn’t drain, the bathroom was very poorly cleaned, and the pillows were a problem too. There was hardly anything in the kitchen, not even a moka pot for coffee or a small milk pan. They also wanted €50 extra for another person. When you call, they block your calls, perhaps because they know how awful the place is. Absolutely not recommended, zero stars.
