Deluxe Spaccanapoli

The terrace gives you a classic view of Italian life, and the place is right in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of everything. Lucio made us feel welcome, and his restaurant suggestions were spot on. Every place we tried was superb. The bed was very comfortable, the accommodation was clean, and the soundproof windows helped make our stay comfortable. I rate Deluxe Spaccanapoli 5 out of 5. Lucio was fantastic, easy to reach on WhatsApp, and explained things clearly. His suggestions for places to visit and eat were great. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return to Napoli. The room was clean, with a fantastic bed and a good-sized TV. It was well decorated, and the shared area had espresso, light snacks, and dining tables. There’s also air conditioning, so you don’t have to rely on the cold winter air to cool the room. One small issue: the shower has no door, so it gets rather cold while you’re using it. The lift has set operating hours, and outside those hours you need to pay 50 cents to use it. That’s beyond the hotel’s control, but still something to keep in mind.

Lucio made the stay especially easy, greeting us and sharing all the city information we needed, plus more. The residence itself is a lovely little refuge from busy Naples, with thoughtful design and a high standard throughout.

The house had a lovely Italian feel from the moment we arrived, and our room was spotless and looked even better than the photos. Lucio was a huge help, and there was excellent coffee available around the clock in the shared area. We found the stay comfortable and convenient, and the location made getting around easy. We’d happily stay here again.
