Naples is loud, so bring earplugs if you want to sleep. We stayed in the joker room and it was better than expected, with three doors opening onto little balconies that let us keep fresh air coming in overnight. The bathroom was clean and newly renovated, and the room felt like good value for the price. You can walk from the train station and reach the metro easily. Breakfast on the roof was decent, and there were lots of nearby dinner options. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy, but we had no problems, even at night. I'd stay again.

Breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and big enough for us, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tubs on the terrace. The location makes a good starting point for exploring the old town, though there were some strange people in the nearby streets. Note that the private spa is for guests over 15 only.

The terrace has a lovely view, and the restaurant is very good. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were helpful and nice. With the station close by, we had direct access to places around Napoli and trains to Pompeii and Sorrento. Centro storico is also within walking distance.

We were very happy with the stay. The location was great, with everything we needed nearby, and the staff were friendly, clearly explained everything, and kept helping us throughout. Breakfast had a great selection and delicious coffee, and the hot tub was amazing and relaxing. Our room was cleaned every day, and it was very clean. The one downside was a recurring smell from the bathroom. The room also felt stuffy, so we had to air it out often. We would still highly recommend the place and would love to return.
