There’s a huge choice of SPA treatments, plus two pools, one outside and one thermal pool indoors, along with a separate jacuzzi and a kneipp path. The fitness area is small, with only a treadmill, a bike, and a couple of other pieces of equipment. The hotel itself is nice, and the rooms are quiet and clean. It's a bit far from the center, but free parking is provided.

The shuttle was a real plus, and the dedicated staff member made it easy to get around. Reception were welcoming and helpful, and chef Angelo and his team deserve a mention. Gina and her staff were especially warm, with a particular shout-out to Rossana. I’ll be back, and thanks for everything. Cam 122 A couple of things could be better: the room cleaning, and the evening entertainment, which could be gentler and more suited to after dinner. The heated spa pool also needs much better cleaning and general upkeep. There was no lifeguard, and the pool wasn’t fenced off at night.

The central spot in Casamicciola worked well, with a bus stop right outside the entrance. Rooms were spacious and quiet, and the sea-view ones are lovely. Everything was impeccably clean, the meals were excellent, and maître d' Gina Conte was wonderful. The staff were friendly and ready to help. You can use Gino's partner beach, though I preferred the larger, more spacious San Francesco Beach in Forio. The one room issue was Wi-Fi: coverage reached only a few rooms, so we could really use it only at the bar or near the lobby. The shuttle also left us waiting several times. The front desk said they were busy and couldn’t answer the phone to collect us. I’d still recommend the stay, but some other reviews are completely false.
