My experience was awful. The restaurant was mediocre and the service very poor. My room was old and badly maintained, with no Wi-Fi, and there was no phone reception in the area.

So relaxing, with lovely thermal pools both indoors and outside.

2/10
The location was bad, and the swimming pool was dirty. I also had an uncomfortable bed and a dirty bathroom. The food was especially bad, making for a very poor experience.
