The billing was hard to follow, and we struggled to get clear invoices or explanations of the costs. We also had recurring power cuts, sometimes while using simple things like the oven, and had to walk uphill to the backup generator whenever it happened. We stayed from October through January 3rd and had frequent Wi-Fi outages, which was a real problem since we work from home and need dependable internet. The landlady asked us to leave before the agreed date and wouldn't refund us for days without Wi-Fi or other amenities.

The apartment was ours alone for the last night of our Rome stay, after a week in one of Mr. Antonio's two properties. It was stylishly furnished and had plenty of comforts. We were very happy with the hospitality and how professionally the business is run. The places would suit a weekend or a longer holiday. We were in Rome for my son's physical and psychological aptitude tests at the CNSR on Via Tor di Quinto for the Carabinieri competition, which he passed with flying colors. After all the city bustle, this was a lovely spot for a good night's sleep. Antonio, Laura, Mary, and Leonardo were so kind, attentive, and courteous. Thanks to all of you, and see you soon!

The managers made me feel at home during the five months I stayed. They were attentive, always around when needed, and really exceptional people. The apartment was spotless, carefully furnished, and had all the comforts I needed. It’s in a quiet area with good connections, a bus stop just steps away, and plenty nearby, including a pharmacy, tobacconist, and restaurants.

The place on Via Cassia was lovely, though a little out of the way. The staff handled the small inevitable hiccups professionally and did their best to sort them out. I had a very positive stay and would recommend it to a friend.
