Valeria gave professional, thoughtful help, from suggesting good restaurants to advising what to see based on how long you're staying. The Colosseum is very close, and the service was outstanding. I'd highly recommend this place for comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price 🤍

Valeria was such a lovely, enthusiastic host, and the hospitality made this my best stay. With the Colosseum close by, we could walk to almost everything. I can't say enough good things about the guesthouse, highly recommend it when you're in Rome!!!

The bus stop right outside has routes across Rome, and there are ancient sites and plenty of restaurants in the area. The Colosseum is about a 10-minute walk away. After doing a lot of research, we were so glad we chose Top Floor Colosseo for our October 12th-17th stay. It's on the top floor of a five-story building with an elevator. Our room was clean and quiet, and the hospitality was excellent. Thanks to Valeria and the rest of the staff for making our first trip to Rome such a great experience!

Everything was spotless, and the team were kind, professional, and helpful the whole time. The Colosseum is only a few steps away, too. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it!

Valeria was welcoming and kind, and gave us useful suggestions for food and things to see. The room was small but fine for us, well located, and quiet on the top floor. We were lucky to have quiet neighbours, because sound carried badly between rooms. We could hear people showering early in the morning as if they were with us. The room smelled bad. The air conditioner was visibly moldy and smelled strongly of mold, and the bathroom had a sewer odor too. It needs a deep clean ASAP.
