From the moment you walk in, it feels like you're in for a treat. The staff and management really know how to look after guests. A special mention to Simone at reception, who handled all kinds of requests professionally and went out of his way to help when we had to leave early. Definitely recommended, one of the best places on the beautiful island of Ischia. Five stars all the way!

The location was just right, close to the port and all the conveniences we needed. The hotel was clean and beautiful, and the food at both breakfast and dinner was delicious, among the best we had on the island. Nicola and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even had live music on the terrace one night. I'll always choose gran paradiso when I visit ischia.

Gianluca deserves a special thank you for making our stay even more memorable with his wonderful service. Hotel Terme Gran Paradiso gave us a fantastic getaway, with gorgeous views, attentive staff, and delicious food. Everything felt carefully taken care of, with a touch of luxury throughout. I'd absolutely recommend it if you're after a relaxing visit to Ischia. It's an experience worth having. Regards, Jerla
