The view really did match the advertising, but the apartment was so dirty and gross that we couldn't stay. We had been excited to arrive, and were very disappointed by both the condition and the uncomfortable beds, bedding, and furniture. We booked through Boundless Housing, part of Napoli Apartments. They asked us to send photos, which we did, then didn't respond until I followed up days later. They apologized but offered no refund, partial refund, or even a reduction of the €150 cleaning fee. I know there's some risk with any kind of AirBNB accommodation, but this was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I wouldn't use the company again and would warn others considering it.

The apartment sits right above the sea and is comfortable and spacious, with a well-kept outdoor terrace. It was peaceful in the private park, surrounded by greenery, and there were parking spaces. From the property, a pedestrian path leads to the main road with beach clubs, then on to the center of Casamicciola, about 400 meters away.
