Villa Paesano

Villa Paesano made for a lovely weekend treat. The countryside setting is beautiful and close to Rome, and the hosts were wonderful and welcoming. Inside, the rooms are nicely furnished and well equipped, with charming, warm and cozy interiors and a lovely deep fireplace. The garden is just as inviting, with a pool, outdoor seating, a dining area and barbecue. Highly recommended for a much needed getaway.

The setting is so delightful that you may not feel like going far, though the restaurant just 10 minutes away was brilliant and Marcello had good tips for places to visit. Rome was easy and cheap to reach: we drove to Fara Sabina Montebrelli and parked free on the roadside. We loved sitting outside at the big table with fabulous coffee, planning the day as the sun came over the hill. Watching emerald green lizards warming in the sun and butterflies was so relaxing. The pool is beautifully placed, with amazing views. Inside, Marcello was an excellent host, the kitchen had excellent cookware, the lounge was very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds.

A well equipped, authentic house with a large pool. It was cozy and peaceful, and our host was marvelous and warm hearted. We had a great time.

I had the best birthday I could have hoped for at Villa Paesano. We spent the morning by the pool and the evening around the wonderful fireplace, and the house’s generous indoor and outdoor spaces made it easy to enjoy both. We also had a barbecue, with a fully equipped kitchen that covered all our needs. The place feels beautiful and welcoming, with very comfortable rooms and carefully thought out furnishings. It’s a little gem surrounded by greenery, close to Rome and other lovely places. I love Villa Paesano and its owners, who were always kind and available. I can’t wait to come back.
