It’s good value for the price. The rooms are a bit small, as you’d expect in Venice, but they’re very clean and well kept. The bathroom is large and spotless. A lovely hotel in a perfect spot near San Marco.

From the outside it doesn’t look appealing, but inside it’s modern and VERY clean. The rooms are small but have everything you need, and the staff are really friendly. You’re just a minute’s walk from St. Marc square, which is a perfect location. The wifi was pretty good for a hotel. I was browsing at 4mb speed. Special thanks to the lady at reception. In short, RECOMMENDED.

The downsides were that our room was on the 3rd floor and the owner didn’t speak English. People on the 4th floor made a lot of noise until 23 00, and every step shook the room and windows. On the plus side, it was clean, close to San Marco piazza, and the room was cleaned once in 2 days.

We had a clean room close to St Mark's Square, but finding it was difficult. There was no one at reception to explain where to go. Instead, our keys were taped to a piece of paper with our names on it, along with a map to a different building where the room was. Since it was our first time in Venice and we had all our belongings with us, the situation was stressful.

The location is really convenient. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and a Coop supermarket about 3 minutes away. The Doges Palace and S. Marco square are about 5 minutes away. A very nice place.
