Residence Poli Venezia

The Ruby suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and we'd gladly book it again. We only had one night there and wished we could have stayed longer. It's away from the crowds but still close to restaurants and popular sights. Davide was flexible about our check-in time and easy to contact by text.

Santa Croce is a lovely, quiet part of Venice, and we chose Residence Poli Venezia because we'd stayed nearby before. It's central for reaching the train station, bus depot, Rialto, and St. Mark’s Square. After a week here, we'd happily stay again. Chiara and Davide took good care of us and suggested some lovely restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean, air conditioned, and had a seating and dining area, plus a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a bidet, shower, and free toiletries. The kitchen came with a fridge, oven, and dishwasher.

The apartment was kept spotlessly clean throughout my visit, and my room stayed comfortable. I also liked the canalside view from the room, which made it easy to enjoy Venice's atmosphere. The contemporary furnishings were elegant, with careful attention to detail. Residence Poli Venezia is centrally placed but still offered me a peaceful break from the busy center. A vaporetto stop nearby made it easy to get around to other parts of the city. Manager Davide and the staff were helpful from booking through checkout. I was welcomed warmly and given useful information about the house and neighborhood. Whenever I had a question or request, they responded promptly. Davide was especially attentive and shared helpful suggestions for restaurants and sights. The service made a strong impression on me, and I look forward to returning. I'd recommend the place to anyone wanting a memorable stay in Venice.

I had a great stay in this hotel, with its dark emerald, modern look. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, and having a kitchen was useful. A Coop mini market is about a minute away on foot. The hotel sits down a charming alley near Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Giacomo dall'Orio, around a 10-minute walk from Venezia train station. From there we could walk to sights including Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark's Basilica. Wandering Venice's streets and getting a little lost in its atmosphere felt magical. Pizza 2000 was tasty and budget-friendly, so I recommend a visit. I'd choose this place again next time. Fun fact: Tom Cruise was here!
