Our dogs were just as comfortable here as we were, and we really appreciate that pets are welcome. We’ve stayed several times already and will definitely return. The staff are always friendly, kind, and accommodating, so you feel looked after straight away. Rooms are clean and spacious enough, and breakfast has a good range of choices. A place we’re happy to recommend.

Friendly staff, great service, and a good breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and the location is great. I’ll stay here again.

The buses into the city were a bit confusing, and getting to casserta was a pain, but the staff were happy to help. There’s a big picollo grocery store across the street and a Lidl not too far away. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the staff were amazing. Great accommodation.

The complimentary breakfast was one of the best parts, with a tasty, well-prepared selection. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were so pleasant and made an effort to help us feel comfortable and welcome. We stayed while visiting family and had a wonderful time at this cozy little hotel. I’d highly recommend it if you’re staying in Caserta.

8/10
We got a great price with an offer, so it was good value for money. Breakfast included both continental and local options, and the quality was good. The neighborhood isn’t especially nice or well maintained, but the hotel itself is looked after and the staff are kind and professional. We chose it for a visit to the Reggia di Caserta, and it seemed a good choice if you have a car.
