Marco was a friendly, helpful host, and the apartment had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, in a lovely rural setting about half an hour by car from both Pisa and Florence. I’d stay here again if I’m back in this part of Italy.

It’s peaceful and comfortable once you’re here, and with a car the place is perfect. You do need a car to get there from Pisa, which is the only downside.

The kitchen appliances all worked perfectly, and there’s a washing machine too. We didn’t get a chance to use the lovely private patio, unfortunately. The apartment is rustic, elegant, beautifully furnished, and set in peaceful countryside, while still close to Pisa and about half an hour from Lucca. Mind the parking: the reserved spaces are under the carports, and the neighbors don’t like people parking on their property.

Everything we needed was available, and the service was good. I stayed here two years ago in a really beautiful, quiet area, about a 15-minute drive from the busier city of Pisa.
