Motel K Suite A Tema & Wellness

We were surprised by how much the themed room had: a huge double king bed, soft robes, an in-room sauna, and a hot tub big enough for 10, with jets, a waterfall, and lovely lighting. We first booked a regular room, then changed our minds after seeing the brochure. Food came through a private hatch in the wall, and it was delicious. The hotel also had a nice kitchen and bar. Service was excellent, and even though our Italian is very weak, we managed to communicate well. I can't imagine anyone leaving a bad review after a night like that. We're from California and hope to come back someday.

The atmosphere made it feel like we were in another world, and the food was very good without being too expensive. Our room, Blue Laguna, was clean and tidy, though the jacuzzi wasn't fully working. I'm not sure why this motel only has 3 stars, when I've stayed at places that deserved no stars but still had 3. The whole experience was amazing, and next time I'd like to try the one with a waterfall. 😁

I'd rate this room a 9. The owners clearly tried hard to make it as good as possible. Updating the shower would make it a 10.

We wanted to book a 24-hour stay, but the receptionist spoke only Italian and couldn't help us unless we spoke it too. We called to make a reservation, but I guess we'll have to go somewhere else. 23:25 2/11/24
