The two-room apartment was spacious, clean, tidy, well equipped, and, best of all, very quiet. The mattress was the one drawback. It was worn and made it hard for us to rest. We recommend replacing it, and then the place would be perfect.

The apartment was clean and tidy, but the management left me with a negative impression. After I posted a review on Booking.com about the host not communicating clearly, I noticed a one-star review of my professional activity from a profile that seemed connected to the same situation. Looking through the reviews, I saw the same name in other similar cases, apparently responding to criticism of the property. It was unpleasant to feel I’d been identified and then criticized in my professional life, which had nothing to do with the issue. It affected me personally well beyond the stay. I believe accommodation managers should respect guest privacy and handle criticism professionally. When I asked for the review of my business to be removed because it wasn’t related to my work, they verbally abused me and repeated, “That’s what you deserve, so my review is damaging your business.”

We were left waiting at the property after arriving at 9:30 PM. We tried the intercom and phone for more than half an hour before the manager finally answered, about 35 minutes later. When I asked why we’d been kept waiting so long, especially with a disabled person in our group, he cut off the intercom and stopped taking our calls. The next morning he messaged us on WhatsApp accusing us of damaging it. We reported the whole situation to the booking platform. Our flight had been delayed, so I’d sent the manager an airline screenshot before the scheduled 8:30 PM check-in. He said it would be fine. Around 8:45 PM, after landing, we called to ask if we could pick up food before heading over because nearby restaurants closed at 10. He said he was concerned about his private life and getting enough sleep, then hung up. Right after that, we received a message through the booking platform saying we’d lost the full prepaid amount because we were late. We found another place through the platform, though it cost more, and they covered the difference.
