Livia made us feel at ease right away, welcoming my partner and me like we’d known each other forever. Her kindness and sweetness were lovely. While checking us in, she briefly explained how the B&B came to be, and it felt like a step back into the 19th century before our visit to the Royal Palace of Caserta, less than a kilometer away. Service and cleanliness were impeccable. It’s close to the main road but very quiet, and Livia was super helpful. Highly recommended.

After our stay, Booking.com asked us for a review, and we left one without being rude. The lady didn’t like it and called me a "keyboard warrior" 🤨. I didn’t insult anyone. We travel a lot, and I think our 4 out of 10 rating for your property was more than fair. The photos speak for themselves when it comes to the shower.

The staff were EXCELLENTly courteous and professional, and the welcome we got was very welcome. Prices were fantastic. The location is great, close to the main street, and even the cats living nearby were very friendly.

Giuseppe, Livia's father, made us feel welcome with his stories about Caserta. We stayed two nights, and the room was spacious, beautifully furnished, clean, and had everything we needed. The B&B is close to the royal palace and main streets. Though the place has an old-fashioned feel, we felt right at home. Breakfast came with a voucher for the bar downstairs, and it was very good. Highly recommended.
