Nothing seemed to work. There was no air conditioning, and in winter it was so cold we needed triple blankets. We had no hot water at all, which meant no shower for two days. Avoid this hotel.

The staff were rude and unhelpful, and I couldn't park because my car wouldn't fit through the gates. The street outside felt dangerous.
