Domy House

The rooms were very clean and everything felt comfortable. It's a lovely house with all the essentials, and the owner was kind and helpful, leaving us breakfast and the toiletries we needed. For me, it was a perfect stay.

Andrea was kind and helpful, and there was coffee along with various breakfast items. The ground-floor apartment was clean and well maintained. I only wish the windows shut out outside light better, since it can be distracting in the morning. Still, I had a great stay and would return.

The owners are incredibly kind, and the apartment makes a welcoming escape from everyday stress. We stayed twice, and both times it felt like walking into a completely new place because it was so clean. The heating was impeccable, with radiators throughout and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. I also noticed the little details, especially the candy dish that was always full. It's a great base for visitors, on the outskirts of Caserta but just steps from the bypass to the highway. Highly recommend it.

I only learned a month ahead that the apartment couldn't host us because construction work was underway. I'd booked through Booking.com in October with a rate that allowed free cancellation up to a week before check-in. In mid-March I called to check on the place, and that's when they told me. I was lucky I'd thought to call. I contacted Booking.com, or they would have kept my money, and the owner hadn't bothered to notify me, which left me stranded.
