The owner was kind and quick to respond, and she arranged for the bathroom to be cleaned when I pointed out the problem. Even after that, though, the cleaning felt superficial. The apartment itself is new, but it seemed poorly cared for, with hair all over the floor. The bathroom was especially unpleasant: marks left by previous guests, fingerprints on the bidet from a personal hygiene bottle, brownish splashes on the toilet and seat, and curly black hairs in the shower. On arrival, everything had looked fine at first. The place is in Caserta's historic center, handy for the train and the Royal Palace. There’s a decent-sized bedroom, a private bathroom, and two shared rooms for breakfast and reading. There are two bedrooms in total, each with its own bathroom. I found reviews on other platforms misleading, which is a shame given the property's condition.

We felt right at home during our night here on February 22, 2019. The B&B is a real little gem, and the owner was so kind. Breakfast had plenty of variety, with a bit of everything. It’s right in the center of Caserta, only a short walk from the Royal Palace. A really lovely stay! ☺

Andrea's studio felt like home, and the apartment itself is delightful. You’re right in the center of Caserta, a few steps from Piazza Vanvitelli and the Royal Palace of Caserta. Definitely recommended.

The host was lovely and very kind, and the rooms were nice and clean. What made it hard to rest was the noise from the air conditioning tube inside the room, plus shouting from the restaurant below the window that went on until 3:00 in the morning. The bathroom is in the corridor, and that setup, along with the nighttime noise, doesn't work well for families with children who need to sleep. I also wish these details had been mentioned in the description.
