We were right in the city center, with lots of shopping nearby, and the Royal Palace was a 10-15 minute walk away. The mall and train station were close, and Naples was reachable in about 30 minutes. Great transport connections made this a very convenient, comfortable stay.

I felt pressured and unsafe during my stay, and I won't recommend this place. It's a B&B with no front-desk support, and I found the information on booking pages misleading. Most of the time the owner was the one responding to my requests, but he couldn't speak English. On the first night he directed me to a place different from i Borbone, and it had no heater. The owner's kindness seemed to be only for the review. He borrowed my phone, searched for his property on Google, gave everything five stars, and told me to write a review. When I refused, his friendliness began to fade. He kept pushing me for a five-star review until checkout. At times I had to say I'd do it later and might recommend the place so I could leave peacefully.

We had a fantastic night in this welcoming B&B. Antonello was very kind and helpful, and the room was spotless. The location was perfect, and the atmosphere felt warm. Highly recommended!

The room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the location was ideal, close to the Palace and plenty of restaurants. Antonello was a superb host, friendly, helpful, and full of enthusiasm.

I really enjoyed my stay. The standard was high, and the owner was the warmest person in Italy. Huge recommendation if you want to feel the real Italian experience!!!
