We had a lovely time at this charming hotel, and the central location was a real plus. The rooms were cleaned daily. Our Italian uncle who served breakfast and made tea and cappuccinos for us was so kind. There’s a pizzeria, an ice cream shop, and a sushi restaurant behind the hotel, so be sure to visit them. And Slava was always cheerful and attentive during our stay. She’s like a big sister to our students ☺️. Thank you so much for the cappuccinos ☺️🙏

The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was nice with plenty of variety. The hotel was very clean, and the small bedrooms had air conditioning and little balconies. We stayed five nights with a group of nine. The hallways are narrow, but the rooms were big enough. My only downside was that my bed felt a bit hard.

Breakfast was poor, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, not in our room. The lobby closed overnight, with a note in Italian saying it wouldn’t open until 06:30. I waited until 07:00, but nobody came. I had a flight and lost time because of it.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and well organized, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast had lots of different options. The fridge had still and sparkling water, and there were plenty of towels and bathroom supplies, including shampoo, shower gel, and soap. The receptionists were great, especially the girl with pink hair 🌹.

Some negative reviews had made me unsure, but I ended up having a good stay. It was good value for money, with staff always around and a warm welcome. Everything was clean, the linens were spotless, and the shower had hot water. The bed was comfortable, and the room was soundproof.
