Venice Heaven Apartments Biennale

I just watched a TripAdvisors on snap star say he booked this apartment through booking.com for one night. When he arrived yesterday, they asked him for an extra 50 euro cleaning fee, even though he was only staying one night. He felt he had no choice and paid. He was upset and disappointed.

The rooms are nice and the place is decent, with quality to match the high price.

The staff were attentive, friendly and easy to reach. After check-out, they even let us leave our backpack locked in a room in the backyard so we could explore Venice without worrying about it. We booked at short notice, and the process was quick and smooth. The apartment is nicely furnished and had everything we needed, including tea, coffee and bathroom toiletries. The location is excellent, with the city's most impressive sights easy to reach. The bed was very comfortable, and both the shower room and the living and dining area were spacious. There's air conditioning, though we didn't need it: we arrived during a storm and left in sunshine. Every window has a mosquito net, and two storage rooms gave us plenty of space for umbrellas, rain gear and other things. All in all, we were very happy with the apartment and would recommend it.

We loved it, from the location and welcome to the cleanliness and comfortable bed. Absolutely perfect. We hope we get the chance to come back.
