Breakfast is served at a café three minutes from the apartment, and it was really delicious. Our room was superb, spacious, safe, clean, and tidy. The host was extremely nice. He met us right outside the building and helped us park, which we really appreciated because parking was tricky. He also shared very useful tips for visiting the city. We’ll definitely come back if we visit Caserta again.

The room and bathroom were both new and beautiful, and the location made getting around easy: less than a five-minute walk to the train or the Casserta Palace. Jean Paul is the ultimate host: warm, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the region. He’s available 24/7, on site, by phone, or on What’s APP, and he speaks English, which was a great help to us. Great place, price, location, and host! One tip for arrival: don’t let the outside put you off. Looks are deceiving, the inside is beautiful.

The owner’s service was the best part of our stay. He was welcoming, warm, and helpful, and gave my daughter an easter egg during easter. Those small touches make a real difference and add a lot to the stay. The location is great, just a two-minute walk from the train station and five minutes from the Reggia of Caserta. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and breakfast was good too. I can’t recommend it enough!

The owner, Gianpaolo, was so nice, kind, always available, and full of good advice. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, in a great spot for walking to the station, Reggia, and city center. I highly recommend it. P. S. You can also book a parking space where you’re staying for an extra fee.

Gianpaolo gave us such a warm welcome, and these two jet-lagged travelers will always be grateful for his thoughtful, enthusiastic hospitality. He helped us park, introduced us to his amazing sister restaurant (Tre Farine), suggested things to see at the royal palace, and made check-in and check-out so easy. He’s great at what he does. The hotel is modern, clean, well appointed, affordable, and in a great location, with good AC and Wi-Fi. I recommend staying here for all those reasons, but especially for Gianpaolo’s welcome.
