The location is spot on, close to both the palazzo and train station, and the staff were friendly. The room felt old and shabby. You can hear, and even feel, energy moving from the neighboring rooms.

My room was spacious, modern, and really comfortable, with a spotless bathroom and a great shower. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast had lots of tasty choices. The location is very convenient too. I'd come back if I'm in Caserta again.

A pleasant hotel very near the royal palace. Breakfast was included, and the rooms were nice, though nothing fancy.

I was here for work, and the friendly staff and average amenities were fine, neither good nor bad. The internet was awful and made it impossible to work from my room. My phone and laptop wouldn't connect, and even after three hours of wasted time I couldn't get the hotel's login screen to appear. Staff just told me to restart my device, but nothing worked. If internet doesn't matter, it's an okay place to stay. For business, I'd strongly suggest going elsewhere. Getting onto the hotel Wi-Fi is far from easy, and you may not get online at all.

8/10
I stay here often for work, and the location is really convenient for Reggia, shops, and central restaurants. The staff are helpful and kind, and breakfast is very good. My room near the gym was noisy enough that I couldn't nap or relax. At dinner, the restaurant menu also has too few choices for vegetarians.
