Francesco was such a kind, attentive host, and the apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and well organized. We appreciated the breakfast, plus having coffee and tea available all day. Drinks were also offered at a very affordable price. The location is hard to beat, close to the Royal Palace (Reggia), shops, and train station. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Restaurants, bars, and cafes are all easy to reach from this lovely, clean, cozy, and comfortable apartment in the center. I’d recommend staying here if you’re near Neapol.

Francesco made parking really easy, sending me the locations for both the lot and the B&B, plus a video showing the walk from the parking area to the building. The recommended lot is only a few minutes away, paid but affordable, monitored, and easy to park in right away. The room and bathroom were clean and well kept, and the owner was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

We stayed for three nights and had a great time. The place has two apartments, both with private bathrooms, and it was very clean. The owner was always available. We chose the Queen room, which looks toward the Royal Palace of Caserta, just a minute’s walk away. There’s a kitchen in the other room, though we didn’t need one. The area is central but quiet, with no cars, and restaurants and pizzerias nearby. The station is a five-minute walk away, and we came by car, using the guarded lot the owner recommended, about four minutes on foot. Next time we’ll take the train. A supermarket is just a few minutes away too, and everything is close by. I highly recommend it.

I felt right at home in the king room with its kitchen. The place was very clean, and Francesco was always there to help me at each step. The location is handy for the Royal Palace of Caserta. Highly recommended!
